What the frack? I've been badgering you for months about setting up a meeting with IT about the HA website even though you keep saying you'll call. Now apparently you went over my head on something which I would have ultimate authority over and set up the website without me. You always whine about how you have to do everything for the club, but when people offer to help or have specific tasks to perform, you ignore them and then act all wounded after you've done everyone's jobs.

Dear Arlington Center for Dentistry,

You are a bunch of incompetent morons. I have already had to wait a month and a half for this root canal, and now you tell me there's been a "scheduling error" and I have to wait even LONGER? I paid a $200 holding fee for that slot. And who is this hotshot root canal specialist who is only available on Saturdays? This is ridiculous. After this procedure is done, you can be sure that I am never ever coming back.

I got the message about the auto-immune thing years ago, particularly when the whole low thyroid thing kind of kicked my ass, so I'm just saying I think SHINGLES is overkill...but that's just me (and the throbbing pain in my back).

p.s. BTW, I will NOT be giving up my one, 12 oz. cup cup of delicious coffee every morning...I live in Portland, OR and not drinking coffee here is kind of a sin. Please note: I've cut way back on gluten
