Highwayman by Johnny Cash.

You can then drop Folsom Prison Blues (sorry, I can't let it go, or at least not yet :D ). Each member can sing a part. Maybe do the audience sing along to this.

"Ring of Fire" would be great once FP fades out. Also "Leaving On A Jet Plane"

I'd love it if she did Neil, but I doubt that she will. Even if she did, it would probably be something well known from "After The Goldrush" or "Harvest" probably.

Songs Brandi Cover

Postby EasyStreet » Sat Feb 06, 2010 6:13 pm

I'd like to see her cover the Indigo Girls song " Ghost" always been a favorite of mine and I heard it this morning and made the connection that vocally Brandi would be a good fit for it.

I don't think it should take long to be archived.

But watching behind the scenes was the best.

^Yeah! I was listening to "Me and Bobby McGee" yesterday, and I was thinking the same thing. She would rock any of Joplins songs.

Listening to Bright Eyes' I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning today, I was reminded how much I thought The Story reminded me of it in terms of feel and ambiance. I think BCB would rock the hell out of "Old Soul Song" or "Train Under Water"
