FtFC-FREE Self Defense Class, Seattle, Sunday 10/18 1-3pm

Postby kage » Mon Sep 21, 2015 12:22 pm

The Fight the Fear Campaign is offering a free self defense class Sunday October 18 1-3pm at the Palace Ballroom in Seattle. Tom Douglas (a local, well known chef who named his latest restaurant, the Carlile Room, after Brandi) is a co-sponsor and has donoted the space. FtFC would like 100 participants there. It is open women and girls 14+ years and older. The class covers not only the self defense strikes, but learning how to listen to your intuition, boundary setting, de-escalation techniques, walking with confidence, and more. It will be a fantastic afternoon! So bring a friend or two. If you are interested in attending, or you would like more information on this event please contact ftfcampaign@gmail.com
